Tower House Global (“Towerhouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.

This policy applies to information we collect through our website at towerhouseglobal.com, through advertising we run on third-party platforms including Google, and through direct enquiries you send us.

Data controller: The 709 AGENCY LLC

Address: 1755 Telstar Drive, Suite 300, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, The 709 AGENCY LLC is the controller of your personal information for the purposes of the GDPR and UK GDPR.

2.  Information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you contact us, request a quote, or submit an enquiry form — including a lead form displayed within a Google advertisement — we may collect:

●   Your name

●   Your work email address

●   Your company or organization name

●   Your job title

●   Your country

●   Your telephone number, if you choose to provide it

●   Your answers to qualifying questions about your event, such as estimated production budget and the location of your event

●   Any other information you choose to include in a message to us

We ask only for information relevant to responding to your enquiry. You are not required to provide it, but we may be unable to respond usefully without it.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

●   IP address and approximate location derived from it

●   Browser type, device type, and operating system

●   Pages viewed, time spent, and links clicked

●   The website or advertisement that referred you to us

●   A Google click identifier (GCLID) if you arrive from a Google advertisement, which allows us to understand which advertisements generate enquiries

This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See section 6.

Information we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect special category data such as health information, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or biometric data. Please do not include such information in enquiry forms or messages.

3.  Google lead forms

Some of our advertisements on Google include a lead form that opens within Google rather than on our website. If you submit one of these forms:

●   Google collects the information you enter and transmits it to us.

●   Google’s own privacy policy governs Google’s collection and processing of that information. It is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

●   Google may pre-fill some fields from information already held in your Google account. You can review and change these before submitting.

●   Google retains a copy of your submission for a limited period, currently sixty days, after which Google deletes it. Our own retention of the information is described in section 8.

●   We receive the submission by email notification and, where configured, through an automated transfer to our contact management system.

Submitting a lead form does not create any obligation on your part, and we will use the information only as described in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5.  Who we share it with

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We use third parties to operate our business, including website hosting, email, advertising platforms, analytics, and contact management software. These providers process information on our behalf, under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes. Our principal providers include Google (advertising and analytics), GoDaddy, and Monday.com

6.  Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how it is used, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

●   Strictly necessary cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be disabled.

●   Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site, which pages are useful, and where visitors encounter problems.

●   Advertising cookies allow us to measure the performance of advertisements and, in some cases, to show relevant advertising to people who have previously visited our website.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through the consent banner on our website. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website functions.

For information about how Google uses data when you use our site or interact with our advertisements, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

7.  International transfers

We are based in the United States and we produce events worldwide. Personal information you provide may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and in other countries where we, our service providers, or our production partners operate.

These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA or the United Kingdom to a country that has not received an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, for the United Kingdom, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

You may request a copy of the safeguards we use by contacting us at contact@towerhouseglobal.com .

8.  How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

●   Enquiries that do not result in a project: up to 24 months from our last contact with you, after which we delete or anonymize the record.

●   Client records and project files: for the duration of our relationship and for 7 years afterwards, to meet contractual, tax and legal obligations.

●   Website analytics data: as configured in our analytics tools, typically 14 months.

●   Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

Where we are required to retain information for longer by law, we do so.

●   Rectification — correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete

●   Erasure — ask us to delete your personal information in certain circumstances

●   Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your information

●   Portability — receive your information in a portable format, or have it transferred to another controller

●   Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time

●   Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

If you are in California

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

If you are elsewhere in the United States

Several US states provide rights similar to those described above. We apply these rights to all residents of states with applicable privacy legislation.

How to exercise your rights

Email us at contact@towerhouseglobal.com . We will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within thirty days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. You may also authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

10.  Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. These include access controls, encrypted transmission, and limiting access to personal information to staff who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.  Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at contact@towerhouseglobal.com and we will delete it.

12.  Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

13.  Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice.
