Six Simultaneous Global Activations

Tier-One Brand Aesthetic Standard

Multi-Continent Coordination

Event Overview

A six-city simultaneous product launch activation for Riot Games, executed across Los Angeles, Toronto, London, Tokyo, Seoul, and New York City, each hosting 1,000 attendees through identical, fully immersive experiential environments built from the ground up in every market. The brief was uncompromising: every activation had to be indistinguishable in quality, aesthetic precision, and guest experience regardless of location, timezone, or local production landscape.

Riot Games sets a production standard that rivals any entertainment company on the planet. Their audience, a global community of millions documents, streams, and scrutinizes every detail in real time. A single inconsistency between locations would surface within minutes. This was not a program where close enough was good enough. Towerhouse Global operated as the single global production partner responsible for delivering six flawless, identical experiences across three continents within a 48-hour launch window.

Client Profile

Global interactive entertainment studio headquartered in West Los Angeles, behind some of the most-played competitive titles in the world. Riot Games produces live events that set the industry benchmark for immersive brand experience, their audience expects perfection, documents everything, and shares it instantly to millions.

Location & Environment

Six tier-one venues across three continents, purpose-selected for footprint consistency, AV infrastructure, and proximity to core audience density in each market. Every venue was transformed into an identical branded environment from load-in to lockup.

Attendee Profile

Over 1,000 attendees per city, curated mix of content creators, esports professionals, media, community leaders, and dedicated players. This audience lives online. Every moment was photographed, streamed, and shared to millions in real time. The production had to be flawless not just in person, but on camera.

Program Duration

A 48-hour synchronized global launch window across six cities, preceded by three weeks of parallel build-outs and technical rehearsals in every market. Simultaneous go-live meant zero room for delays, every city had to be camera-ready at the same moment.

Challenge:

Riot Games demanded six identical experiential activations in six cities across three continents, same spatial design, same brand aesthetic down to the millimetre, same guest journey, same production quality. The obvious solution would have been to fabricate one set of custom environments and ship them worldwide. The timeline made that impossible. Six builds had to happen simultaneously, using local fabrication in every market, and the result had to be indistinguishable from city to city. The complexity multiplied fast.

Fabrication standards vary wildly between Los Angeles, Tokyo, and London. Colour matching across different print vendors, material suppliers, and lighting environments is notoriously inconsistent. Riot's brand team holds their visual identity to a standard most companies reserve for product packaging, every texture, every colour temperature, every sightline had been designed with intent, and they expected that intent to survive translation across six different production teams in six different countries. One venue looking even slightly off-brand in a side-by-side social media comparison would undermine the entire campaign.

Solution:

Towerhouse Global built a centralized production framework that allowed six local teams to construct identical environments without a single shipping container crossing a border. We developed comprehensive fabrication bibles for every element, material specifications, exact colour values with Delta-E tolerances, dimensional drawings, lighting plots, and photography-verified reference standards, then embedded a Towerhouse production lead in each city to serve as the quality control authority on the ground. Every market sourced and fabricated locally under Towerhouse oversight.

Our team vetted vendors in each city, ran material sample approvals through a centralized review process, and conducted synchronized technical rehearsals across all six venues in the 72 hours before launch. Where a local vendor couldn't hit the spec, we sourced alternatives. Where a venue's infrastructure created a deviation, we engineered around it. The result was six activations that looked, felt, and performed identically, built entirely from local resources, managed through one global production partner. Riot's brand team approved every environment on first walkthrough. Six cities. One standard. No compromises.

Results:

All six activations launched simultaneously within the 48-hour window with zero deviations from the approved brand standard. Side-by-side social media content from attendees across all six cities confirmed what the production team already knew, the environments were visually indistinguishable. Riot Games' internal brand compliance team rated every location at full approval on first inspection, a first for a multi-market activation of this scale.

The program generated significant earned media and social engagement across all six markets, with attendee content consistently highlighting the immersive quality and production precision of the experience. Riot Games renewed their partnership with Towerhouse Global for future global activations on the strength of this program, citing our ability to maintain absolute brand fidelity across multiple markets without centralized fabrication as the decisive factor. When the world's most production-obsessed entertainment company trusts you with their brand in six countries simultaneously, that says everything.
