We brought inCruises’ worldwide community together for the first time, turning Belgrade Arena into a single stage for 6,500 people from 67 countries.

inCruises had built a worldwide community and never put all of it in one room. In November 2025 Towerhouse came in before there was a city, an arena or a finished concept, and helped decide what the gathering could be, where it should happen and what it would take.
Belgrade won after several international cities were measured against a global guest list. Visa access for travellers from CIS countries, air links, venue infrastructure, local production strength and cost all counted.
Then the hard part. With 67 countries in the building, translation became core infrastructure: bandwidth, network stability and live translation for thousands of simultaneous users through a speaker-heavy program.
A community that had never met in one place, together for the first time.

Our approach
Towerhouse owned the program end to end: registration and ticket sales, transfers, credentialing, transport, venue operations, food and beverage, security, medical and safety planning, vendors, local partners, off-site events and the live show. inCruises wrote the first run of show; Towerhouse reshaped it for an arena, and David Todd produced and called the show on site.
inCruises Got Talent became a full arena production: about 300 auditions from around the world, 11 finalists, four judges alongside the owner and his wife. Towerhouse worked on the competition structure, scoring and results, and built a custom voting site so the audience could scan a QR code, read about each act and vote live.
Off stage, Towerhouse ran an off-site training program at the Crowne Plaza, supported gala and reception programming at The St. Regis Belgrade, moved staff, crew, volunteers and VIPs, and fed up to 6,500 people on both Saturday and Sunday.
No imported U.S. technical rig. Towerhouse's global leadership teamed with Production Pool and local Serbian crews to build the arena program.
