We turned 27 businesses into one company in front of 15,000 people, launching the Nexora brand inside Zurich’s Hallenstadion.

Nexora was a brand being born in front of its own people: a corporate rally for 15,000 employees, partners and stakeholders from 27 specialist businesses across Europe and North America, marking the launch of a new identity and a single company vision. It was their first arena.

Hallenstadion is one of Europe's most tightly regulated venues. Strict load-in windows, noise and structural limits, and sign-off on every rigging point, power run and playback system before equipment could enter the building. Switzerland's costs and standards left no room for improvisation.

The harder problem was human. Fifteen thousand people from 27 business identities had to feel unified rather than gathered. Keynotes, brand film, live entertainment and audience choreography all had to deliver one feeling: something new has begun.

Three program days ran without a timing failure or a technical incident the audience could see. The brand reveal landed as the defining moment of the rebrand.

Our approach

Towerhouse ran executive production management from pre-production through post-event, with senior leadership embedded in every department and a single accountable production partner across the program. Concert-level staging, AV and lighting went in to Hallenstadion's technical specifications, with content built alongside Nexora's brand and communications teams.

Show flow was built around moving 15,000 people between session formats across three days, with speaker moves, content handoffs, live entertainment cues and audience transitions held inside the venue's timing limits. A central production hub inside the arena ran real-time oversight and contingency response, and VIP and executive coordination was managed throughout.
